Gin Collins - Simple Syrup

1.5oz gin (can sub for vodka)

1oz lemon juice

1oz Barsmith Simple Syrup

2oz soda water

*add Barsmith, citrus and spirits to collins glass with ice, top with soda, lemon garnish
