Pure cane sugar, water and citric acid.
Fill a shaker half-full with ice and then add 8 oz of quality gin or vodka, 4 oz of Barsmith’s Simple Syrup and 3 oz of fresh lemon juice. Pour into a highball glass full of ice and top with sparkling water.
