If you’re not a cocktail snob, the taste alone of this mixer is well beyond worth the price. My only disappointment was that it did not produce quite the pink color we expected. Nevertheless, it made crafting our Paloma’s absurdly easy and the flavor was delicious.

I love anything Grapefruit! It's light and crisp and sour - all my favorite things. I tried the Paloma because I've been seeing this pop up on a lot of menus at some bars in my area. Instead of paying $13 to see if I liked it at a bar, I decided to get one of the mixer bottles. It was delightful. I was able to make several cocktails for well under the cost of 1 cocktail at my local watering hole. However, now that I know what they taste like I will happily order one at the bar or make one at home with this awesome mixer.

We were inspired to create Barsmith’s Paloma mix by visiting Tequila, Mexico, roadside bar stands on our way to tequila bottlers. We add cascade hops to add bright notes to the flavor and further boost the grapefruit-forward flavor.
Water, pure cane sugar, natural flavors, citric acid and colored with vegetable juice.
Add ice to a highball glass and then add 2 oz of quality blanco tequila, 2 oz of Barsmith’s Paloma mix and garnish with a grapefruit wedge. Stir and top with sparkling water. Sip and enjoy.
