Tasted Off
I hate to give anyone a bad review but I have to say that this Sweetened Lime Juice did not taste good to me or my wife. The flavor to us has a back taste of disinfectant that was very disagreeable. My wife dumped her gimlet after just a couple of sips. We are likely going to dump the entire bottle. Not that it should or is advertised to, but others should know that this tastes nothing like Rose's Lime Juice.

Description
Barsmith’s Lime Juice brings the perfect balance of tartness and sweetness. Use it in your favorite cocktail or mix—from daiquiris to gimlets—with ice and sparkling water for a refreshing drink.
With this mix, we wanted to capture the distinct citric acid flavor that is part of real lime juice. Competing lime juice mixes taste like a sweet syrup without a hint of actual lime juice flavor.
Even if you’re a margarita aficionado, you can feel confident in substituting Barsmith’s Lime Juice in place of fresh lime juice because our product contains that mouth-puckering lime flavor, which forms a strong foundation for your cocktails.
Ingredients
Water, pure cane sugar, citric acid, natural flavors and lime juice (from concentrate).
Label Recipe
Fill a shaker half full with ice, add 8 oz of quality gin or vodka and 4 oz of Barsmith’s Lime Juice and shake. Strain into cocktail glasses, serving straight or on the rocks.
